Bungalow types and description

• Air conditioned wooden house: living room – kitchen – dining room in one, in the loft of the living room there is a compartment with a double bed, downstairs there is a small room with two separate beds and a bathroom.
• Capacity: max. 4+1 persons (on a spare bed: on the couch in the living room)
• Area: about 61 square meters

General equipment:

Air conditioning, telephone, TV, FM radio, bathroom with a bathtub, coffee machine (with filters), microwave, toaster, electric hotplates (2), fridge, dinner-service, glasses.

The wooden Atrum houses are surrounded by the trees of the 13 hectare primeval park. This type of accommodation offers the largest area, which guarantees comfort for bigger families and companies of friends (5 persons) as well.

The wood paneling, the inner space with the atrium, the loft which can be approached on the spiral staircase lend a specific atmosphere to the houses. In their little front garden a garden suite serves our guests’ comfort. You can find enough room for the bicycles here, too.

Those who wouldn’t like to resort to our culinary opportunities can find every necessary equipment in the kitchen of the bungalow for self-catering and they needn’t go too far even for the ingredients for breakfast. In the Mini Market next to the main entrance we wait for our guests with fresh bread and cakes every day.

• Wooden house: living room – kitchen – dining room is one, 1 sleeping compartment with two separate beds, bathroom, space for extra bed
• Capacity: max. 2 adults + 2 little kids younger than 10 years old (on a spare bed: pull-out couch of the living room: 150 x 190 cm)
• Area: about 40 square meters

Our Kalmar houses are located next to the woods, in romantic surroundings, far from the bustle and noisy spots.

The houses are side by side. The garden bench on the little terrace in front of the houses is suitable for a nuclear family to have breakfast or just an evening chat.

In the sleeping compartment there are two separated beds for the adults. In the living room a kitchen dinning-corner and a pull-out couch can be found, where the children can sleep. For our youngest guests a cot can be put in the living room if it is needed (in this case the space in the living room fairly decreases).

This type of accommodation is recommended for families with two adults and two children (under 10).

Wine House “B” is for 4 + 1 persons. The two bedrooms open from the living-room. There is a double bed in one, and 2 separate beds in the other. We can put in a cot for our little guests if required.
If the 5th person is older we can prepare the sitting room suite in the living room for him/her. In the living room a kitchen corner and a dining room serve the guests’ comfort.

Our open-air sports fields can be found not far from the houses.

It is recommended for 4+1 numbered families, companies of friends.

Wine A & B type stone houses can be found under the Kalmár bungalows, at the bottom of the hillside.
A part of the house extends under the hill, its roof, like that of wine cellars, is covered with soil, that’s why in summer it remains pleasantly cool.
Wine house “A” is for 2 + 1 persons. In the bedroom two separate beds can be found, a cot can be put in for our little guests if needed. In case the third person is already older we can prepare the sitting room suite in the living room for him/her. In the living-room kitchen corner and dining room serves the guests’ comfort.

Not far from the houses our open-air sports fields can be found.

ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE:
The bungalows are available from 4 pm. About delays after 6 pm, please inform the reception!
Please check-out your bungalow until 10:00 am and leave your key card at the reception.
SMOKING:
Please don’t smoke in the non-smoking areas.
Our restaurants and public places are non-smoking areas.
PETS:
Your pets are welcome in the bungalow area. More information you can find here
INTERNET:
You can access the web within 80% of the area. For this service HOTSPOT card is needed, which can be bought at the reception desk.
